Hebrew months
Learning the months and seasons of God’s Hebrew calendar is a journey into not only God’s Word; but also, a Kingdom plan built to form our identity, our hearts and our minds into His divine plan for us. Each month has a Kingdom focus, a tribe, a hebrew letter, and a constellation associated to it. He covers us with revelation from the Kingdoms of heaven to earth. Each month reveals God’s love, faithfulness and so much more. As you learn and explore the key message of each month you will find and develop an amazing journey into God’s intimacy with us, His perfect plan of sowing and harvesting, and much more into His character and love for us.
the month of Renewal
Sh’vat is one of my favorite Hebrew months. This month represents a lot of symbolism. Its is the tenth month as stated in Zechariah 1:7. Tu B’Shevat is the new year of the trees; symbolizing renewal, revival and rebirth. God uses trees in many ways throughout His word. Trees in Garden of Eden provided each its own fruit in its own season. As well, God provided the ever popular Tree of Life and the Tree of the knowledge of good and evil. (Genesis 2: 9,16) In Zech 1:7 you will find the story of the man in the Myrtle trees. This month is traditionally the rainy season which represents blessings. During Sh’vat the sap is coming up the tree, preparing for a new growing season and harvest. As winter is coming to and end, it is time to celebrate the sowing and harvesting that’s being prepared. as winter is still here, it’s a perfect time to become deeply rooted in God’s word of faith and fellowship as we prepare to produce much fruit for the Kingdom.
